Psychotherapy Groups
About Our Groups
We provide a variety of both on-going and time-limited psychotherapy and/or support groups. Our current offerings are reflected below, and information about the group format is included in the descriptions provided. To enroll in a psychotherapy group, either contact the listed group facilitator or fill out an intake form.
Please note that group session fees are determined by the facilitator and may vary between groups.
Dates: Tuesdays, 6-7:30pm. Ending December 22nd, re-starting in January at a date to be determined. This group is open on a rolling basis. If you are interested, please complete the registration form below.
Location: Meeting via HIPAA compliant Zoom
Fee: $75 per session. BCBS PPO (or any other insurance we accept). We will have $40 and $25 sliding scale spots available, please let us know when you sign up if you are interested in a sliding scale spot.

Fee: We accept BCBS PPO, NU Aetna, United Healthcare and have sliding scale options of $30-50 per session

Fee: $50 per session. Insurance accepted: BCBS PPO or NU Aetna. Sliding scale option of $25 per session.

Location: Meeting via HIPAA compliant Zoom
Fee: $60 per session. Insurance accepted: BCBS PPO, UHC PPO, USHIP, UCHP, Northwestern student insurance. Sliding scale of $25 per session.
